Greetings Fellow Numismatist!
This is your personal invitation to attend the 4th Annual Christal Clear Coin Show in Kansas City, MO April 8 – 11, 2026 at Harrah’s Casino and Convention Center in North Kansas City. This show is sponsored by Christal Clear Showcases and powered by TEXITcoin.
This dealer and public friendly show will have nearly 90 tables with quality dealers from around the US. It is one of the best venues for anyone interested in buying or selling coins, currency, tokens, precious metals and much more. Admission and parking are free. VIP (early bird) badges are available for only $75 and are good for early entry into the show every day. (VIP entrance begins at Noon on April 2nd)
To get youths involved in coin collecting, we will be giving out coin collecting kits to everyone under 18 years of age. Be sure to thank all of the show sponsors for contributing to these coin collecting kits.
There will be a special exhibit from a local collector of rare Missouri national bank notes, so be sure to check them out and tell Troy thank you for his efforts to enhance the show.

Note: A valid photo ID is required for entry for each adult into the show.
- Why? Theft and robberies at coin shows have become a major problem. As the promoter of this show, I want to make sure that dealers and the public are protected as much as possible.
- What happens to my ID information? NOTHING! ID information is not stored or used for any purpose other than to validate who the entrant is and to deter “bad actors” from entering the show. Show entrants names are taken from IDs for the sole purpose of issuing the name tags with the proper names on them.
- Security at this show is our highest priority. This ensures that future shows will offer the most enjoyable numismatic experience for the public and dealers alike.
- 24 hour security is provided at the show.

Christal Clear Coin Show – KC Show Rules
- Cancellation deadline for table space has passed, in which a total refund will be issued. Refunds after that date will only be issued if the table holders’ table (s) can be re-sold.
- Assignment of table spaces is at the discretion of the bouse chairman. Tables ordered early will have first priority for premier spaces but is not guaranteed. The bourse chairman has full discretion to allocate table spaces that keeps the dealer in mind as well what arrangement of tables best suits the show. Verbal table reservations is not a guarantee of table space. Table space is not reserved until the contract is received by the bourse chairman.
- Table splitting is only allowed with the written permission of the bourse chairman. If a split is allowed, the dealer signing the application is responsible for all transactions, activities, behavior, and other occurrences at his or her table and at the show.
- Dealers not in good standing with the numismatic community will not be allowed to rent table space or entry into the show. This will be at the discretion of the bourse chairman.
- Dealer badges are not transferable to non – table holders and VIPs.
- In the following liability clause, “exhibitor” means the bourse table holder or dealer. The exhibitor indemnifies and agrees to hold harmless Harrah’s and Christal Clear Showcases and its’ employees or associates harmless against the risk of loss or damage of personal property and personal injury.
- In the event of unethical conduct by a booth holder or any other show attendee, that person (s) will be asked to leave the show.
- Dealers are expected to have their booths open by public show opening times. If not, dealers may not be asked to attend future shows.

Harrah's Kansas City
Harrah's Kansas City offers the most exciting hotel and casino in the Midwest. With over 392 luxurious rooms, exquisite dining and the area's hottest gaming and entertainment, Harrah's Kansas City is the perfect place to stay and play.
Harrah’s is conveniently located just off of I – 35 in North Kansas City and is only 20 minutes from the soon-to-be remodeled Kansas City International Airport. A limited, dealers-only room block is reserved at the beautiful Harrah’s Casino, Hotel and Convention Center. You can call in your hotel reservation at 1-800-HARRAHS and mention code Skccs6. However it will be cheaper to use the link provided below. All reservations must be made on or before March 16th, 2026. Make your reservations as soon as possible!
Hotel Instructions & Fine Print
- The cutoff date is Monday, March 16th, 2026, therefore all reservation requests must be received before the cutoff date.
- Attendees may call 800-427-7247 before the Group cut-off date to book their hotel reservation and must mention the offer/group code “Skccs6” to receive the special Group rate. Any reservations made this route normally are assessed a fee of $10.00 plus current sales tax, per reservation, however this fee will be waived with the above group code.
- To avoid paying the above $10.00 fee, individuals may book their hotel reservations using the following weblink.

- Click either of the defaulted dates displayed which then brings up a calendar
- In the calendar select the appropriate arrival date
- Then choose on the appropriate departure date
- Finally click the UPDATE button
- All reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit for the first night's room and tax charge which will be billed immediately to the cardholder's account. Any additional nights, plus an incidental deposit, will be collected at check in.
- Each individual attendee will be responsible for his/her own guestroom, tax, amenity fee and incidentals.
- A daily resort/amenity fee of $15.00 per room, per night plus the current occupancy tax will be charged. Unless otherwise specified, the resort/amenity fee will be posted to the individual’s room and will be the individual’s responsibility to pay, including any other incidentals (movies, food, beverage, early/late check in/out fees, etc.). The amenity fee includes:
- Two (2) Guest admissions per day to the Fitness Center
- Basic WIFI to include two (2) devices per room per day
- Daily access to the Business Center
- Property allows individual attendee cancellations without penalty up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to the attendee’s scheduled arrival date. Property will charge either the individual attendee or bill your Group’s Master Account (defined below) one (1) night’s guestroom rate plus tax for cancellations within seventy-two (72) hours of the scheduled arrival date or failure of the individual attendee to check-in on the scheduled arrival date (each a “no-show”).
- Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Any early arrivals or late departures are subject to availability and additional fees.
- At the time of check in, individuals will provide a valid photo ID and credit or debit card to authorize for any applicable charges/incidental deposit.
